sidewalks representative of economic disparity; cities with sidewalks throughout (Valencia’s “paseos”) vs. cities/sections of cities without (or with deteriorating ones); not that i want more concrete!

    Another very strange idiosyncrasy: Wealthier neighborhoods tend to have “Bumps” whereas poorer neighborhoods tend to have “Undulations.” Is this a subtle move on behalf of municipal districts to improve the vocabulary of its less fortunate citizens?
