		<description>I often find myself in the role of &quot;irony&quot; police.  Very rarely does anyone use the term ironic as it is properly defined.  Mostly people find this annoying, but to answer you question, No - just repeating an untruth long enough does not make it true.  Although I think Orwell would probably disagree with me.
